We are unavailable to answer inquiries or process orders on the following observed holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

We offer:

• Complimentary ground shipping to the 48 continuous US states on orders $75+.
• Flat rate ground shipping for orders less than $75 for $10 per order.
• Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska for $20 per order.

We do not deliver to PO/UPS Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Ship Confirmation email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. This is an estimation, and KKidz does not guarantee transit times after your package has left our facility.

If you need to need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@kkidzshop.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has left our facility.

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm ET will be processed the following business day.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or the following observed holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Domestic deliveries take anywhere between 3-5 business days, depending on your shipping destination.

We want you to be happy with your order. KKidz carefully vets the quality and craftsmanship of every product we stock, but we understand that things don't always work out — here's our return policy.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be received at our facility within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging included, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
• All sale merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return.
• A $7.50 return processing & handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returns are processed back to your original form of payment.

How to start a return

Contact us at hello@kkidzshop.com to request a return. Or, you can request it directly from your Accounts page. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@kkidzshop.com.

Refunds are at KKidz's discretion, and we reserve the right to deny a refund for any item that falls outside this policy. KKidz also reserves the right to monitor and restrict customer returns based on high frequency, abnormal, or suspicious return patterns.

KKidz has made it easy to shop across all of the brands that we carry. Simply find your child's KKidz Size in the chart below, based on their height. Then use the KKidz Size to shop sitewide.

If your child falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer enjoyment. Fold the cuffs and sleeves until they grow in, and enjoy that relaxed, effortless look we love.

We stand behind the value of the products we sell, and we generally do not offer discount codes.

However, we love to honor and reward our loyal customers, and offer a loyalty program called KKidz Club where you can earn points on every dollar spent on KKidzshop.com, plus bonus points for certain actions.

Occasionally, items may be marked down for final sale to make room for newer collections. KKidz Club members will have early access to mark downs.

In the rare occasion that discount codes are available, only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

3. Once redeemed, your Reward is saved under Your Redeemed Rewards, where you can seamlessly apply it to your cart

The general point conversion is $5 off for every 100 Points. Points expire after 12 months.

When building KKidz, we're often asked: what makes Korean children's clothing so special?

Korean designers have mastered clothing that is as functional as it is beautiful. Korea experiences extreme seasons, and out of necessity, designers have long mastered the art of dressing. Think quilted layers and cozy fleece lining that weightlessly trap warmth. And airy, lightweight fabrics that let little ones breathe. Korean fashion is the intersection of form and function.

Koreans also place deep value on the well-being of children. Premium children's clothing is held to exceptionally high standards: cloud-like, skin-gentle fabrics and rigorous safety testing for harmful chemicals and toxins. 

Korea has long been a leader in clothing manufacturing. While much of the world moved toward mass-market and fast-fashion, a small circle of artisans in Seoul stayed true to the slow, meticulous craft of garment making. Most pieces sold on KKidz are manufactured in Korea, many in factories owned and operated by the designers themselves. A small number of products are designed in Korea but manufactured overseas — these are chosen case-by-case and clearly marked on the product page.

In Korean fashion, color and patterns don't always follow strict gender lines. Many KKidz pieces are designed in that same spirit — shirts, sweatshirts, and separates move fluidly between our Girls and Boys sections. Don't be surprised if you spot a favorite modeled on one gender but listed for the other. The fit and feel are made to work both ways!

Every brand is personally vetted, and all products meet both KC (Korean Certification) and U.S. standards for harmful substances, formaldehydes, pH levels, and flammability.

KKidz also chooses recycled and recyclable packaging whenever possible and keeps packaging to a minimum—helping protect the environment while reducing the waste you have to throw away.
